I had this guy do some work for me, he was on time, very respectful and his pricing was fair. Not to mention we were very satisfied with his work, 10/10 would recommend.

Jake recently removed old walkway and deck, hauled away everything and replaced with new pressure treated lumber. I am very pleased with the finished product. He quoted a fair price and completed the project as agreed upon. He's a nice young man, hard working and did a great job.

I recently hired Jake to make some repairs in my house. The issue involved water damaged walls, baseboards, and electrical receptacle.  I was impressed with his assessment of  the damage and grasp of the issues involved to make the repairs. He was quick to get the cost of materials and give me an estimate for the complete job, how long it would take, and date he would start and complete the job, and updates on his progress.  The work was started and completed on time and at cost quoted.  The painting and woodwork was so skilled that there was no evidence that the area had suffered any damage.  He moved and covered my furniture and carpets and carefully cleaned the work area when the job was completed. I was impressed by his clean appearance, his respectful attitude, and his skill.  I highly recommend Jake be considered for any household repairs. 

I hired Jake to build a deck with a fire pit, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Jake was prompt, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about the job. He quickly assessed the situation, explained what needed to be done, and got right to work. The deck looks great and fire pit is perfect. What I appreciated most was Jake’s attention to detail and his commitment to making sure everything was done right. I’ll definitely be calling him again for future work. Highly recommend!
